Name: Emerging Market, Fresh Faced Affordable Artists
Location: culturefix 9 Clinton St. (btwn E. Houston & Stanton St.), NYC
Opening: July 9th, 7pm Closing: July 11, 10pm
Culturefix celebrates its third show by flooding it’s 1,000 square feet of wall space with works by over 35 young and emerging artists. In addition, this 3-day event will include live performances ranging from music to theatrical performances, artists panels & discussion groups. From July 9th to the 11th, culturefix will fill its gallery with affordable works in order to give the public a chance to support the arts at its foundation.
Artists are given the opportunity to rent wall/table space for their work and keep 100% of their profit if sold, or sell it on consignment. In this case, culturefix will keep a percentage of the profit and the artist will pay nothing for wall/table space.
