So, we’re really excited to be kicking off our new monthly event called DINNERfix. We have some awesome talent coming in that you really shouldn’t miss. 

The deets are as follows: 

Chef GUILHERME BARRETO will be gracing us with his amazing culinary presence.

His mini bio:

International chef and restaurant consultant, Guiherme Barreto, will bring his unique culinary skills and diverse knowledge to CULTUREfix’s first DINNERfix. Born and raised in Cuiaba, Brazil (or what the chef refers to as “the f*ing jungle”), Barreto grew up learning to cook from his grandmother, using regional ingredients from the jungle and traditional cooking methods. Today, Chef Barreto travels the world consulting with new restaurants and conducting private dinner parties from the foothills of the Andes Mountains to the Lower East Side of New York. 

Here’s what you’ll be enjoying:

• 2 courses of canapes at the bar with beer beer pairings 
• 5 courses in gallery with wine pairings 
• Desert and wine pairing

The evening will be capped off with a live jazz performance by pianist EMILIE CARDINAUX.
